Throwing a corporate event, high school reunion or hosting a special birthday bash?

Every special event is an opportunity to capture and preserve special moments for years to come. Whether your looking to capture the event of business purposes or simply want to have memories of a party, with you in the picture, we can make sure your next event is properly photographed. Unlike many event photographers we consult with you in advance of the event to explore your exact needs and vision to ensure that all of the event highlights are properly shot. When the event is over you’ll have wonderful photographic memories to share with your colleagues and friends. And we promise that our photos won’t just be a collection of over the shoulder and back of head shots.  After all, what good is an event photo if people aren’t actually in the shot?

Your $150  event photography session includes:

  • Pre-event consultation with the photographer
  • Location scouting in advance of the event (if possible)
  • Travel to event (within a 25 mile radius of St. Louis)
  • Up to 2-hours of on location photography
  • Image editing & cropping (if required)
  • Online gallery of event photos for review & print ordering
  • Additional hours on location are available at a rate of $50 per hour

Additional Options:

Additional print options are available (i.e. larger prints, albums, etc.) as well as customized pricing to assist you with event fundraising. Please let us know if you are interested in any additional options or would like to discuss something related to your event that is not currently listed on our website.  We want your event photos to be as unique and memorable as the event itself. We’re always happy to explore your vision and determine if we have a solution that fits your exact needs.

 

Payment Details:

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of your event booking.  Remainder of your balance is due prior to the start of your event. All events must be booked at least 2-weeks in advance to allow time for proper consultation and location scouting.  Any last minute changes to event location or timing may result in additional fees.  Payment can be made via cash, check or credit card (at this time a 3% service charge is required on all credit card charges).

 

Availability:

At this time Patrick Garrett Photography is available for limited evening hours only during the week (Monday - Friday) and all day on the weekends.
